Al-Tameer Mortgage Finance Company “Al-Oula” achieved unprecedented performance results by the end of Q3 of 2024, surpassing its targets and annual budget projections.
In an exclusive statement to Property Plus, Managing Director and Vice Chairman Ayman Abd El-Hameed revealed that the total new mortgage financings executed by the company reached EGP 3.8 billion, exceeding the year’s target by EGP 800 million and rising 82% above the budget forecast. He noted that 80% of these financings came from portfolio purchases from real estate developers, while 20% were for individual clients.
