  • Salary letter.
  • Bank statement approved by the bank handling the salary transfer for at least the last 6 months.

Business Owners

  • Valid National ID card copy.
  • Copy of the tax card + proof of the latest tax return submission or a certificate from the legal accountant on the tax and insurance status.
  • Copy of the office lease or ownership contract.
  • Copy of the office operation license (professional practice license).
  • Original income certificate issued by a legal accountant, attached with a copy of the accountant’s valid membership card.
  • Personal bank statement approved by the handling bank for the previous year.
  • Any additional income the client wishes to declare with documents acceptable to the company.

Professions

  • Valid National ID card copy.
  • Personal and/or company bank statement approved by the handling bank for at least the last year.
  • Original, recent extract from a valid commercial registry (issued within the last three months).
  • Copy of the tax card + proof of the latest tax return submission or a certificate from the legal accountant on the tax and insurance status.
  • Copy of the company’s founding contract / company newspaper (for joint-stock companies), including all amendments.
  • Copy of the lease or ownership contract for the main or subsidiary activity premises.
  • Certificate from a legal accountant on income and/or copies of the last three financial statements approved by the financial auditor and signed by the authorized signatory of the company.
  • Copy of the legal accountant’s valid membership card.

Legal Entities (Companies)

  • Original, recent extract from a valid commercial registry (issued within the last three months).
  • Copy of the tax card + proof of the latest tax return submission or a certificate from the legal accountant on the tax and insurance status.
  • Copy of the company’s founding contract / company newspaper (for joint-stock companies), including all amendments.
  • Copy of the lease or ownership contract for the main and subsidiary activity premises.
  • Copy of the legal accountant’s valid membership card.
  • Copies of the National ID cards of authorized signatories, as well as those of the board members or individuals responsible for upper management.
  • Copies of the last three financial statements approved by the financial auditor and signed by the authorized signatory of the company.
  • Company bank statement approved by the handling bank for at least the last year and/or submission of the last three tax returns for the company.

Egyptians Working Abroad (Employees)

  • Valid National ID card copy, passport, and a valid residency (in case of residence abroad).
  • Certificate of total monthly income, including the date of appointment, approved and dated by the employer and authenticated by the embassy or consulate in the country where the investor is working, and approved by the consulate at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Recent Credit Bureau report from the country of employment abroad (if available).
  • Bank statement approved by the handling bank (where the salary is transferred) for at least the last 6 months.
  • Any additional income the client wishes to declare with documents acceptable to the company.

Resident Foreigners

  • Copy of passport + valid residency.
  • Original recent utility bill for the place of residence.
  • Income documents according to the client’s occupation.

Non-resident Foreigners

  • Copy of passport.
  • Income documents according to the client’s occupation abroad.

The Mahafez product from Al-Tameer allows real estate development companies to transfer the financial and real estate rights of their real estate portfolio in exchange for financial liquidity—the largest in the financing sector—enabling them to seize new investment opportunities and achieve accelerated growth.

I-score Report

Al-Tameer studies the I-score report for clients applying for mortgage financing and informs the client of their credit status. This report is one of the most important factors in evaluating financing files.

Life Insurance

A portion of the financing installments is allocated for life insurance for the client.
